Here, you’ll create CAD drawings and oversee the entire process from the initial idea to the finished tool project. Your skills will provide input for the design of all tools.

Is metal machining and the creation of precise workpieces and shapes your passion? CNC machining creates polished, functional, and micron-precise structures. As a CNC milling machine operator, you’ll operate modern 3- and 5-axis milling machines, as well as HSC (high-speed cutting) machines.
In your work, you’ll need some mathematical understanding of the machine programs and the chaining of program sequences to ensure optimal machine utilization. A highlight is the integration of the workpiece robot, which you can set up and which can then operate independently, for example, over the weekend.
Of course, work preparation also plays a major role, without which no machining would be possible. Quality control factors must also be considered and applied before the workpiece is delivered.

Here, you’ll assemble and spot-finish complex injection molds. We also manufacture molds using state-of-the-art solutions, such as cusing cores, collapsible cores, multi-stage demolding, and many other exciting concepts. You can also support our sales team with sampling.
