Because we as Christians are convinced that we can only run our business successfully on the basis of God’s Word, we do not make any decisions that violate his commandments and consciously refrain from taking on assignments that conflict with faith in Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n

Based on this foundation, the customer and his tasks and requirements are the focus of our actions. We are aware that if we fulfill the tasks and requirements to the full satisfaction of our customer, he will continue to provide us with new assignments. We do our best for the success of our customers!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since we are aware that we as management are not always error-free and that our ideas can be wrong, motivated and qualified employees<\/strong> who are willing to question decisions from time to time are the key to success for us. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

That is why our focus is on the employee as a human being and a creature of God. We can only meet our customers’ requirements if we succeed in ensuring that our employees work with joy and thus successfully on their tasks. It is important to us that the employee and thus also his family can live a happy life. <\/p>\n

For us, suppliers are not a means to an end or mere agents, but partners on an equal footing. We are aware that we cannot do everything ourselves and are dependent on strong suppliers. <\/p>\n

We want to always act according to the commandment of charity in our dealings with customers, suppliers and employees. Customers, suppliers and employees should experience that we don’t just write all this, but actively live it.
